Payment for services provided by Packerland Media LLC must be made according to the pricing and billing schedule agreed upon prior to the start of any project or service.

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

i. A deposit or upfront payment may be required before any project work begins.

ii. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

iii. Ongoing services such as hosting, automation systems, marketing services, or subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis.

Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is received.

Packerland Media LLC reserves the right to withhold delivery of completed work, website access, design files, or other materials until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.

In the event of late or missed payments, Packerland Media LLC may charge reasonable late fees or suspend services at its discretion.

Any fees associated with payment processing, chargebacks, or collection efforts resulting from unpaid invoices may be the responsibility of the client.

Packerland Media LLC reserves the right to suspend hosting, automation systems, marketing campaigns, or website functionality if invoices remain unpaid.
